Salt & Sovereignty grew out of my own journey through trauma, therapy, witchcraft, and devotion to Hekate. I do not claim to have all the answers. I share what I am learning as I walk this path, including the doubts, the breakthroughs, the messy middle, and the quiet moments of magic that remind me I am not alone.

This space is for witchcraft, shadow work, spiritual awakening, trauma-informed healing, and the slow practice of reclaiming your power. Whether I am recording an episode, writing The Lost Goddess Trilogy, or offering coaching, my work circles the same truth: healing is not about becoming someone new. Sometimes it is about finally staying with the parts of yourself you had to leave behind.
